The food at this restaurant was mediocre. The cheese pizza could have been more enjoyable with a thicker layer of mozzarella on top. It had a very standard taste. The crust, however, was good – thin and crispy. The Salisbury steak was a letdown, resembling store-bought burger patties that were thin, overcooked, and dry. The saving grace was the mashed potatoes and gravy. As for the aglio olio, it honestly tasted like straight olive oil from the bottle. Overall, the dishes were priced high considering their average taste.
I was pleasantly surprised by how good this restaurant was. The combination of pizza, pasta, and the various decorations made for an unforgettable experience. The truffle 4 cheese pasta was the best I've ever had. The thin crust pizza was delicious, and the cheesecake was the best I've ever tasted, even better than the Cheesecake Factory. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy.

I was in Manila Fort City for a business trip and my business partners brought us to this restaurant for lunch. This restaurant is located on the second floor of the Fort Strip Mall. You can choose to take the elevator or stairs to...reach the restaurant. The decor is modern, with simple cement screed flooring, see through kitchen and nice tungsten bulbs hanging from the ceiling. We ordered dishes from the appetiser and main course menu. Here are the highlights: Sunshine Pizza: 550php. This was a pizza with Marinara sauce, topped with Porchetta (roast pork belly), ricotta and mozzarella cheese, quail eggs and arugula leaves. I loved the egg in the middles that' done runny and the chef ran a knife across it making it look like rays radiating from the middle. Crab Cheese Croquettes: 390php. Good bite sized pieces. The crab and cheese is a good pairing and the mayonnaise dip went well with the croquettes. American Southern Style Fried Chicken 3 pcs: 370php. Chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. Decent quality. 6 Hour Slow Roast Porchetta: 440 php with 3 dipping sauces, beans and carrots. I loved one of the dipping sauce, which looked like diluted chicken soup. The sauce went well with the porchetta. Beer Braised Beef Belly with Mashed potatoes: 520php. This is one of my favorite dishes. The beef was well braised and tasty. We had white jasmine rice and it was delicious. The food here is decent and I would recommend coming here when you are in the city. In the evenings, the place converts to a drinking watering hole. Try it!
