We originally intended to dine at the Italian restaurant nearby, but when the woman in our group spotted Happy Wife Happy Life, a Thai food center next door, we decided to give it a try.

The Thai restaurant served average dishes. The green curry beef and chicken pad Thai were tasty and not overly greasy. I also sampled the egg rolls.

. We sat for lunch on Tuesday afternoon. Play seemed pretty slow, but I think we just hit the rush. Menu was normal price compared to all other walkable places. Normal menu options we have seen before. I got the lunch special with garlic pork and it was good, the soup she had serving had almost zero taste. Didn't taste bad, just not taste everything. My wife got the Pad Lake IW, it was the best we ever had and this is a normal meal we usually get. Flavor was perfect and they actually cook the noodles with the broccoli instead only the broccoli steamed on top. Definitely would go back here, but hopefully this soup can get a little more taste. Service was good and very good tai tea.

Suriya Thai was our family favorite place for Thai food. Many free parking, clean and well-equipped facilities. Good selection of delicious dishes and good portions at fair prices. If you have the opportunity to visit Pasadena, visit this place and do not forget to save space for their fried bananas. Very recommended and looking forward to the return for more good food.
