Subway - Pasadena

They brought back the bratbeef! that means the subway club is back.

Food was good but I won't go back. Was asked to leave because I could not show proof of vaccination. I will not patronize businesses that have this policy.

Horrible. One of the employees kept giving me evil eyes and falsely accused me of not wearing a mask as a delivery driver.

Been going to this subway for a few years now and tonight was the absolute worst service I received from a small girl that works there. She rolled her eyes when I asked if a cookie came with the combo, because the sign above her showed it did. She said no, rolled her eyes and mumbled to herself. When I questioned her attitude she tried to get loud with me and said no it doesn 't come with it so I pointed out the picture above her and the eye rolled continued. I get it, you 're there to make sandwiches but if you hate your job then QUIT!

Always quick and attentive with excellent service. The staff is very professional and consistently puts in a lot of effort.
