Pollos Asados La Silla - Pasadena

I've been here a couple of times now, and man, the food is amazing.

Slow service, just my family and another couple at the time. I had to get up to get the menu. We asked if we could substitute the rice and beans for french fries on my granddaughter 's kid meal the waiter replied No, it doesn 't matter if you want to subtitle, you can 't that 's the way it comes . He was real rude, we decided to leave. I asked how much would it be for the chips and drinks we didn 't even began to drink, they went ahead and charged me full price. We had a bad experience and left hungry. We will not be returning.

Took 27 minutes to inform me that what I had ordered would have to substituted.WTAF!!

Portions are small and the food was greasy. Ordered take out and no salsas were in the bag. And they were definitely needed because the food was bland

The waiter was super fun. My friend ordered hot water and he was like huh but very polite and always had a smile. I'm sure he'll remember us
