Pizza Hut - Pasadena

I have to admit that I have ordered pizza from many places, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. It was my first time trying this place, and I have to say it was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was bland, thin, and greasy. Normally, when I order from Figueroa's, the pizza is fluffy, well-baked, and not greasy. I decided to give this place a second chance, but unfortunately, the pizza I received was just as bad as the first time. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant, as the pizza literally tastes like cardboard.

I am completely done with Pizza Hat, especially at the location on 777 S Arroyo Pkwy. They used to be reliable and affordable, but now they are lazy and too expensive. Every time I place an order, it either arrives cold, soggy, or not at all. They claimed to have contacted me, but they never did. They also blamed me for missing items that were never included in my order. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced, and I strongly advise you to use Grubhub instead of ordering from here. I will never again be a loyal customer of this company, and I cannot recommend them to my friends or family. Additionally, the customer service at this Pizza Hat location is shady. If you've had a similar experience where your order never arrived and they refuse to take responsibility, then you understand my frustration. Instead of offering solutions or explanations, they simply brush off the issue as if it's not important. It's clear that they don't value their customers' time and money.

Excellent value for $14, the new specialty pfefferoni pizza had amazing flavors and a crispy crust.

The driver who came today is my favorite. he is polite, fast and very nice. pizza was ordered in despair as I should not waste my calorie on brot.

Santiago was really very friendly and helped me having a safe and secure takeaway experience. I am really happy with the service of pizza hut!
