New Lucky Garden Buffet - Pasadena

We've come here since they opened up over the years, there are problems with service. However, food is consistently great. Loves the open kitchen and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. We had a birthday party last Wednesday and I had to write a review and send a compliment to companies. With Kovid and all the problems it has created, I have seen a decline in the service of several companies, not Carrabba. My family and I were as impressed as other guests around us we have customers who were as impressed as we were. The managers Marie and Danny were absolutely top notch. Marie greeted us at the door, which obviously helped the seats, both supported their employees, whose teamwork was perfect. Very impressed by their excellent management skills. Marie even stopped at our table in the middle of the help bus tables lead food and welcome people, she came over us for the choice Carrabba and gave my mother a birthday card. Amazing management team and staff! Go to Marie Danny! Thank you.

My husband and I visit this place at least once a week. The food and the staff are always great! When last week it was time to choose a place to eat after a family funeral, we didn't even hesitate to get to the manager, Marie. She was pleased to announce the arrangements for us with just a few days. She immediately had a plan in her head and executed it without errors. She and her staff made sure everything was perfect! From drinks and appetizers to meals and desserts everything was delicious! We wouldn't have asked for something better! A big thank you to Marie and her staff so perfect for the end of this very important day! They really went beyond and beyond and we are so worthy!

We had a wonderful dinner when suddenly my husband felt dizzy and went through that, I got him quickly to the car, had several gift cards we used on the table. When I came back to pay for the manager and the waitress, where at the door with our uneaten food in a bag and said not to worry about the balance, just take care of your husband. I thought that was very nice of them. I hope we can return soon.

Organized on 3.19.22 a bridal shower lunch, manager Kaitlyn was a life safer when they help me quickly book the room, set up an excellent menu and their exceptional team gave us the best service. Being the bride, visiting and I couldn't say enough about the great food and service. Thanks to Kaitlyn and team. You have made our experience really wonderful.

I totally forgot to write this review. I have been to this location twice. The food is absolutely delicious! True, made in restaurant Italian, quality food. The service I had was phenomenal a handsome well represented gentlemen guided our evening and had wonderful suggestions and very informative. We had the calamari, (ricardo) style and off menu delicious item which should never have been removed. Followed by a cup of the Sicilian chicken noodle and a Caesar salad. Absolutely scrumptious, fresh crisp lettuce, the perfect amount of dressing. Homemade croutons. Dinner, the chicken trio and the pasta weezie! Dessert the cannoli cake! Absolutely loved everything and the proprietor is a true respectable member of the community! Has been with the company for a long time! Is all about customer satisfaction and quality product! If you are gonna support a local restaurant come support this one! They are not corporate local members of our community own them.
