Mcdonald's - Pasadena

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald's located at 2861 East Foothill Blvd in Pasadena, CA. I ordered food for delivery through DoorDash, and the prices were confirmed by McDonald's on the app. However, the manager, Sandra, refused to honor the prices when the delivery driver called to confirm. Sandra spoke down to me and was very rude, refusing to honor the prices listed. She then hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. The delivery driver, Maria, mentioned that Sandra was laughing and making jokes about my complaint, showing a complete lack of respect for customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a manager. I was completely disgusted by the treatment I received and will never return to this McDonald's. Sandra's behavior was awful and she should be fired.

The ordering process was a bit chaotic. They divide the cars into two lanes for ordering, but end up closing one lane which causes half of the cars to exit and go to the back of the line. Good luck with your order!

If the app charges you and we can't locate your order, it's YOUR responsibility. McDonald's and McDonald's are two separate companies. Fulfilling an order is no longer a priority. Service is lacking.

Always enjoyed the food here but disappointing the power outlets are all closed up, I wanted to sit and enjoy some breakfast while working. Somewhat understandable as it can be an issue with unwelcomed guests just coming into charge but Panera down thestreet does have them. :

Ok by far this is the best McDonald?s location that I have been too next to the other location near my parents house. Fries are always hot and fresh. Staff always gets my order right. I live in the IE and the McDonald?s location near home always screwsup. It never fails that location can get anything right. Pasadena keep up the good work. ????????
