Mcdonald's - Pasadena

The guy who took my order was very pleasant, but the girl who handed me my food had her back to me and barely spoke. Not exactly the friendly service I needed after a long day. And they expect to be paid $22 an hour?

I usually never have a problem when ordering but these past couple of times the young girl that takes my order is so rude and both times my order has been incorrect. Instead of finding solutions she gives attitude to customers.

The drive-thru attendant was not very helpful. I had to double-check my order twice, and both times it was incorrect. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but I was told that I was the third complaint about him that day. I suggested to management that he be assigned to fries for the rest of his shift, but there was a misunderstanding, and I ended up getting a free large fries instead. While that was nice, a change in his attitude would have been much more beneficial.

A convenient spot for a quick bite or a relaxing lunch.

Quick service. Food is always fresh made and fries never stale.
