Kelley's Country Cookin' - Pasadena

I went to the restaurant with 6 friends and the service was excellent. One person in our group was picky and had no trouble exchanging a dish they didn't like. The portions were generous, with plenty of cookies and broth served. The only drawback was that the rice was too heavy on, and as an Asian, I prefer not to eat bagged rice.

I was taken aback as no one had mentioned that we had a time limit to sit. I believe the manager should have approached us and explained the situation, even if it was due to the busy crowd. I found the way we were asked to leave to be very rude. In the past, when we had more people with us, we were never asked to leave. I'm not sure what was happening that day, but my friends and I felt disrespected and decided to find another place to eat. It's disappointing that a restaurant like Kelly's would treat paying customers in such a disrespectful manner. Our total bill was over $80.00, and being asked to leave was completely uncalled for.

I love the delicious beef soup at this restaurant, which is the main reason I keep coming back. The service is satisfactory, but the last two times I visited, the soup was lukewarm and the chicken salad was dirty inside. Also, the front door glass was often covered in handprints, which is not a good look for a restaurant. I have decided to avoid this place because of its lack of cleanliness.

I've got the fish and garnel from the Friday day special. was not hot. would have been better if it had been hot. it took a long time to get our food.

Kayla was so sweet and attentive to our party of 7! Thank you for being kind to my Father, who visited from England and wanted to take her home with him. As a vegan, I give the food a meh, but it was all about the company that day! Here are my friends, Dale and Nettie Campbell <3
