Hook Burger - Pasadena

First time here this evening I was told about from a family member. The place at the Pasadena location is brand new. Nothing like new stores. The service was on point and friendly and helpful. The food the hamburger are on scale 1 to 5 5 being high a4. The beautiful the food is fresh and you can taste it. A little seasoning would help other than that on point.

I can?t say enough about this Place! I?m not joking at all when I say this quality of meat and ingredients is complimented by the way the chefs consistently make it to perfection? and 5 dollars for on tap Beer with perfect fríes? I have to say that thegirls that work here have a amazing work ethic and personality? and they are real and beautiful so show up and show love to thePlaces that are giving us their best

The onion rings are a bit oily. The burger is okay but was served cold. The BBQ chicken salad and sweet potatoe fries are food.

The food is good. I did see a person grab the fries with his bare hand when placing in the bag. But other than that the service and food was great. Gave 5 stars because the fries weren't mine
