This is not my favorite El pollo Loco location. Always something over here. This time, my pollo bowl didn't have a lot of chicken, at all. Like they scooped some out. I only go here because it a drive thru. Food: 3 Service: 3

There are few franchise locations that hit all the right marks. Prefect food. Exceptional staff. Clean store. This night crew including Eric and his excellent chef must be the standard for all the el pollo locos in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There's a young man with long curly hair with glasses that should not be working in the kitchen. Instead of a beef avocado quesadilla, I got a chicken quesadilla with nothing other than tortilla and chicken pressed together-no cheese, no pico, no onions, no sauce, no nothing!!!
