Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Pasadena

Ordered through uber eats on 6/24 for dinner, unfortunately everything we had was cold. The burgers were cold, the potato tasted bland and the cheese wasn’t melted enough. The 3 plate meat tasted fatty because it was not warm. We had to put the food into microwave otherwise everything was frozen and inedible. Overall, our first experience was not a positive experience. We’ve never had any experiences like this ordered in. I wonder what happened? Will not order it again.

The customer service surpassed even Chick-fil-A, with a unified team that made me feel like family. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the atmosphere was bursting with joy. The kid with long hair is the worst employee I’ve seen working anywhere in a while. Terrible customer service and messed our order up twice. He made a point that he doesn’t care about his job and that’s fine he should quit.

The food is very affordable and good. I got a pulled pork sandwich. I mixed my fries and bbq and it was the best thing ever!

I ordered w the app burnt ends n onion tanglers. When i opened my order, no burnt ends but pulled pork. No onion tanglers but onion rings. They did not tell me when i arrived that they had to change my order.
