Chili's Grill - Pasadena

We typically visit the location near our home, but we tried this one and the service was noticeably better! Our waiter, Jackson, was excellent, and the rest of the staff was just as impressive. We were seated immediately upon arrival and received our drinks, appetizer, and main course without delay. You could tell that the food was served as soon as it was prepared. The service was outstanding for a Friday night. We will definitely return!

The service and food are significantly improved compared to the pre-pandemic days. Update: Father's Day 2022. I would advise against ordering the Fresh Guacamole, as it wasn't fresh and had turned brown instead of maintaining its green color. The waiter mentioned they prepare it fresh each morning, but it was already 6:30 PM, and they only made one batch for the day. Given the many other dining options in the area, you'd expect them to be more competitive. Additionally, the tortilla chips were a letdown—though there were a few decent ones on top, the rest were just tiny fragments.

I had an amazing experience today! The food was delicious, and the service provided by Leslie Piña was exceptional. I made sure to ask for her name so that this outstanding customer service could be acknowledged. She definitely stands out as one of the best. I enjoyed a fantastic lunch, and the service was exceptional throughout. My food arrived quickly, and everything that followed was prompt and handled perfectly.

Went to pick up a UberEats order near the closing time. Saw outside for over 15 minutes. When I finally come by the phone, I was told that the order was already picked up. The order is completely marked to find out that it has never been picked up or delivered. Looks like the staff in Chilis just didn't worry. Treat your delivery customers as you treat your personal customers or do not take delivery orders it is that easy. Most of your delivery customers pay more for the same food. Imagine taking an order, but just let your customers sit at a table waiting for their food because it was close to the closing time and then say at the closing time that the food was brought to them and if it was not good too bad because you are closing now.... it would not be acceptable in this case and it is not acceptable for your delivery customers too.

Chili’s on Fairmont near the belt in Pasadena has been our favorite restaurant for many years. They are not only friendly, but also food was great! You honor gift cards and birthday visits in a professional and happy way! This place makes me happy! I enjoy being there, but also getting great takeout services! Your menu also invites you!
