Burger King - Pasadena

I stopped eating at Burger King back in California, but I decided to give this location a try. I'm happy to say that the Whopper tastes just like the one I loved in the 1970s!

I had lunch with my son yesterday, and we took some photos.

Every time I visit this place, the staff is amazing. They are super friendly and provide excellent customer service! Tonight, I ordered two bean bacon melts and a chocolate shake. The chocolate shake was the best I’ve ever had from Burger King; it felt more like a treat from a regular restaurant than fast food. It was filled to the brim with no syrup clinging to the bottom, and it was perfectly mixed. The person who made my chocolate shake definitely deserves a raise! I haven't even eaten my meal yet, but that shake really made my night!

2/2022:Edit rating feom 3 to 5 bc the crew they have now, although all young, are an exceptional crew! The McDs across the street has a TERRIBLE young crew. The team BK currently has are very customer oriented, polite and quick. On top of that my orders are always correct now (compared to previous crews in years past who didn't care nor got orders corrcet). Awesome job young ladies gentlemen! Keep up your good work take those customer service skills with you wherever your futures take you!

Great service and Tammy who is always there is very friendly and very quick to get the orders out to everyone. The restaurant looks fantastic with the remodel. I visit it every week.
