Beefalo Bob's - Pasadena

I am extremely disappointed with the catering service provided by Beefalo Bob’s for my wedding. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. First and foremost, the biggest issue was the complete lack of attention to detail. The catering team, inexcusably, forgot to provide the sterno cans that were essential to keeping our food warm. As a result, we had no choice but to serve cold food. It's unfathomable how a professional catering company could overlook such a basic and essential component of their service and it is absolutely unacceptable. Adding to the already disappointing experience, I want to highlight that we gave them the opportunity to reconcile the situation. This is when my true frustration and disappointment came. We were not looking for anything extravagant; all we asked for was a bare minimum of a 25% refund to compensate for the cold, unappetizing food that our guests had to endure. However, instead of understanding our frustration and acknowledging their mistake, they were argumentative, in a very unprofessional manner. They gave excuse after excuse and tried to shift the blame from one place to another when the one thing that truly matters is the customer experience. Their counteroffer was laughable at best, honestly, I found it insulting. They offered to refund the cost of the sterno cans and provide us with a voucher for future services. Given the dismal experience we had at our wedding, the idea of trusting them with another event was out of the question. Their unwillingness to provide a reasonable refund further emphasized their disregard for customer satisfaction. After much back and forth they honored our request but the journey to get there was embarrassing and unprofessional on their part. This company's approach to addressing their mistakes and poor service is unacceptable. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this company for any event, especially your wedding day. They failed to meet even the basic expectations of a catering service, and their lack of accountability and terrible customer service only compounded the issue. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we endured. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your catering needs. Food: 1 Service: 1

Just a small carry out so I guess a 3 is good for atmosphere. Staff is always nice the pit beef other pit meats are outstanding. Frozen Mac and cheese, boiled hot dogs, and dry, small burgers catered for at work. Not sure why they ordered food from here. May as well go to a cafeteria. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Food: 2

Had them cater our vowel renewal 35th anniversary party. They were extremely helpful, took care of everything. The two wait/bar staff (Kristen Taylor) were fantastic!! Food was good. Highly recommended Beefalo Bobs for any catering event. This was our second event that used them. Vegetarian options: They made sure the green beans and the macaroni and cheese had no meat in them so the vegetarians could eat it.
