Dunkin' - Parsippany-Troy Hills

The costumer service in this place is super bad, the guy that was taking our order was talking on his cellphone the whole time. He was so into his conversation that he took our whole order wrong, he didn’t even greet us or even told us the total. The drinks were not good and not what we asked for. Worst Dunkin’ that we have visited.

In town on business and stopped in maybe two days. Walked in on the third, and my coffee was waiting for me. My regular Dunkin doesn't even remember my order, lol.

2 stars for taking my drink back nicely and remaking it, but that’s about it. The iced coffee at this location always seems like it’s water with a hint of coffee flavor and most food items bought from here are hard

I wouldn't buy breakfast at any location again. The meun is very small and has no favor to it.

Menaiss is great! Friendly staff, fast and clean dunkin!
