Nice place to take a break while skiing or Snowboarding the mountain. Food, drinks and great lodge atmosphere.

We were so excited to see the new Chicken Spot offers a 100% gluten free menu. Finding yummy food at Winter Park is tricky if your celiac and our meal was delicious. Good service, menu and view.

We bought a Gondala ticket just to go up to Sun Spot (we don't ski). The women who sold us our ticket didn't tell us that the SunSpot was closed. So we paid 50 bucks each to go up there... and it was CLOSED! The employees had everything shut down. We asked if they were reopening later in the evening and she said no. She saw our disappointment and kindly offered a hot cocoa to go (to drown our misery). We didn't eat, but they were throughly cleaning everything and the staff was nice. Wish we could have experienced a drink or two on the deck with those gorgeous views.

There was lots of fresh snow this morning. The drinking fountain is always available, and the restrooms are large. Nice rest break with great view.

Okay place, very much overpriced. But there are great views, so it's kinda worth it.
