I encountered a rather unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. A woman, who I assume was working there, seemed offended and angry when I politely responded with "thank you, ma'am." She went on a rant, insisting that I shouldn’t call her "ma'am" and accusing me of being disrespectful. Because of her behavior and the treatment I received, I felt uncomfortable eating my food, so I ended up throwing it away.

I ordered the two-piece fried chicken dinner, which included a breast and a wing, along with green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a buttered biscuit. Everything was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were also clean. I will definitely be coming back!

The service was slow, and my order was incorrect, as it often is. The person I spoke to at the drive-thru and at the window kept trying to sell me brownies for some sort of school fundraiser, which were not even on the menu. All I wanted was two chicken finger kid meals. This must be quite embarrassing for the manager, who never seems to be the same person each time. This will be my last visit; Jasper and Carbon Hill offer much better food and service.

Got lunch. Dead flies were everywhere. It?s not much to have someone clean y?all. The tray was sticky when I got my food as well. Tea tasted old. Or rather that the tea dispenser hasn?t been cleaned.

I could only assume that the person in the car was a woman, and she seemed insulted and angry with me for daring to respond to her with "Thank you, ma'am." She launched into a tirade about how I had no right to call her "ma'am" and how disrespectful it was. As a result of her reaction, I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't eat my food and ended up throwing it away, as I didn't feel it was safe to eat under such circumstances.
