The Burger Joint - Parma

Amazing place to stop for dinner. Their food is awesome, I highly recommend the pastrami burger. Their service is phenomenal as well. You definitely get what you pay for. Burgers are cooked fresh to order and the ingredients are top notch and fresh. Half order of fries and a burger will run around 12-13 bucks, and if you can finish it you will be loosening your belt by the end. Definitely will be back.P.s. get a side of fry sauce it’s got a kick!

I'm really glad to have this as a local option. I know some people complain about the price, but you're getting a high quality downtown Boise fancy brewpub burger (or one better than many of them) without having to drive to Boise and deal with hippies. We have cheaper options in town with good food too, and it's nice to be able to mix it up a bit with our limited local food options.I'm pretty hooked on the pastrami burger for me and a puppy patty for my four-legged buddy. The pastrami burger is HUGE and delicious, and did I mention downtown brewpub quality without the hippies? The staff here is beyond friendly. Highly recommended.

Stopped at this restaurant on a whim, and I am so glad we did! The burgers and fries are made to order, so they are super fresh. Customer service was incredible we cannot wait to go back!
