Rally's - Parma

I ordered a Big Buffard with ketchup only. they put cheese on it like i asked but they didn't put only ketchup on it, they put everything on it which is NOT what i ordered. gonna be a while til i come back.

They have the best customer service. I never had a bad experience here and I often go. Even if the line is long, the staff is always pleasant and gets the order right. eismaschine is always working, even late at night. Eating is always hot and fresh, and they are never from advertised specialties or drinks.

The last time I was here with two relatives-our order was right and complete but the staff and one of the main managers was really rude. Haven't been back in a long time and the food is great- it is just the customer service that really needs work.

New robot drive thru had my order messed up wanted fish sand they had chicken sand. Had it corrected just to get a fish sand that probably was 8 hours old. Disgusting... hard dry and just

Sat in line for 30+ minutes. 10 of those were waiting at the mic, no one said anything as the other line kept moving and moving. Come to find out the left lane was closed but no one said anything through the mic n wasted our time. Wouldn't recommend going there at night.
