Napoleon's Pizza - Parma

The pizza taste is there but the amount of grease is higher than expected and the pizza crust just falls apart. Also had to recut the pizza because it was only cut through the cheese not the actual pie. Still with the crust just coming off it needed to be eaten with a fork. As for service I have ordered here a few times and not one single time do the drivers look at the special instructions. So if you do order from here make sure you have a cash tip because it’s more then likely you’re tipping an illiterate moron that’s not even going to read the one single line. We love Napoleons normally however after this visit we were pretty disappointed. I placed an online order for two large specialty pizzas. We ordered at 315 so it wasn't busy. They informed me after waiting they messed up the one pizza and would remake it if I wanted. So I said yes I'd wait even though I had my kid with me. We finally got our pizzas and I headed home not even thinking to check them bc I was preoccupied with my child. I should have checked. My fault for leaving without but I had already waited 15 mins over my pickup. The pizza they remade was correct now but the Philly cheese steak has literally no steak they forgot the main ingredient. So I paid almost 20 bucks for a cheese and green pepper pizza. What a waste. In addition to that it was all young kids working and the amount of f bombs they were shouting was unnecessary especially when they saw me sitting there with a small child. I don't care if you swear but when customers are present keep it down and in the back. Very unprofessional. Utterly godly. Erika was amazing and utterly kind and helped us understand what to explore and how accommodating they can be, and the pizza... as if touched by Zeus himself. This will become our goto place from here on. Best pizza and service in north ohio.
