Mr. Hero - Parma

They were fast, surprisingly so with a drive thru, but it always looks closed because it is so dark around the building, even the drive thru board is dark. You don't know that it actually works if you didn't make it at all.

Parmatown location is the best! Never have any problems except the pot where your tire is stuck in the pick-up window. It's like Nastalgie from an 80s movie! (So long has the pot been there). Every Parmanian who's frequent here knows what I'm talking about.

I've eaten Roman burgers since I was a little child and now I'm almost 50 and this experience was great of the girl who answered the phone super sweet and politely the manager great and the sandwich was fantastic so happy that I did this Mr. Held and so happy that we're back to maskless order and pick up food!

They are slow and hire below average people, however its usually correct and the big plus is this place has a drive thru!!! Typical over priced mr hero stuff and it isn't in the ghetto but they sure make u feel like it could be. Giving it a 4 for the drive thru, fairly clean. I do eat here...

Mr Heros has great tasty subs. My favorites are the Romanburger, Hot Buttered Cheesesteak, and Orginal Italian cold. Gotta get the waffle fries with cheese too! I'd definitely recommend
