Jet's Pizza - Parma

About a year ago I placed an order and I waited for well over an hour When I called the store and they told me they were in Northfield almost there!! Well I live up the street literally .4 of a mile. Needless to say everything was cold, and the store manager, Drew, well all he knows how to say is we don 't give refunds but he told me I could come back and pick up another pizza. ME? There is a reason I wanted it delivered!! That was it. Fast forward a little over a year! i had remembered that I had a problem last time but could remember why. So, I ordered online and then had to call the store 11/2 hours later because it was not being delivered. A girl answered and all I said was where is my delivery at? She said it 's on the way it should be there in a minute. I asked her how she knows who I am she said through my phone number! So, 15 more minutes go by I call again and Drew answered and I asked again where is the delivery. He said well, it didn 't leave the store yet and he has to wait for a driver. What?!? Over 2 hours later the pizza and wings come, cold!!! They also put in 2 wing tips to count as 2 wings. Picture below. I was angry and did not leave a tip. Well 2 days later, $3.00 was added to my charge card which was not signed nor approved by me! I know $3.00 doesn 't sound like a lot, but it 's the point that it is forgery! My bank took care of that but I will never be there again!

I believe it's the best pizza I've ever had! The crust is perfectly crispy and has an amazing crunch. There are so many different types to choose from. Oh my gosh, it's fantastic!

The taste was quite bland, but the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. I would recommend Marco's Pizza for those looking for a pizza chain.

I ordered a pizza from here, but when I arrived, they told me there was no pizza for us. I was disappointed because the location seemed accurate on the map. It ended up being a waste of time and left me hungry.

Terrible customer service! ordered delivery services before many times, but new manager no longer wants to deliver to my residency after he is very loyal customer.
