Fratellos Pizza - Parma Heights

Awesome! Staff was courteous on phone and in person. Was overall pleasantly surprised and satisfied. We ordered a large sausage/mushroom/spinach pizza. So good. Plenty of toppings and the spinach was piled thick!! Unknowingly created what tasted like a wedding soup pizza!! Perfect. Would order this weekly and definitely recommend.

Family owned and operated. The pizza was great. I ordered a deluxe and a pepperoni with sausage pizza. The sausage was amazing. The pizza had great flavor with plenty of toppings. The Greek salad was huge with fresh ingredients. The dining area is a decent size. There is a traffic light at the entrance/exit that makes access easy. Quality food at a good price.

First time going. Surely not the last. I called in 30 minutes before closing. I ask for a pizza with meat and lots of it. They offered The Mega Meat. They assured me that the pizza would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Arriving, the pizza was ready. The weight of the box should have clued me in that this was the complete package. The smell in the car gave me goosebumps of excitement. Once home, I opened the box to the most beautiful pie. It was filled with flavorful meats, perfectly balanced with cheese and sauce; surrounded by a golden crust. With two minutes to closing, I called the restaurant back to thank them for such a wonderful experience. Down right good eating.

When I tell you this is the best pizza that I have had in a long time I mean that it’s cooked just right it’s tasty and just around great. The wings are also great and the food was hot

Ordered takeout from here this past weekend. The food is great, like always and the staff helpful, but I’m a little disappointed that the management has not put out any new flyers with the updated prices. The past couple times I’ve ordered, the prices have been higher than what is stated on my menu. The girl in the front was nice but was saying my menu was old without giving me a new one, stating that “They are coming in soon.” It’s unprofessional to not have accurate flyers. Hopefully next time they’ll have the flyers for me to pick up.
