The owner and the service are very unpleasant. If you are not a customer who spends money they treat you very badly. In fact, with the place empty we couldn't sit down because it was no longer bar time but only aperitif. Rude and have no respect for the customer. It's a shame because the area is beautiful and the place is nice, but the whole neighborhood avoids going there, even going the extra mile to avoid the terrible service from the staff.
