I went for a crepe since I'm in the habit of getting some in the place on Via Farini. However, this time I left very dissatisfied because I waited for about 30 minutes while they chose to give priority to the ice cream for customers, in the end when I I asked that I was waiting for them to make it, the girl said sorry for the wait but I was just about to leave without it, then it finally arrived but cold... More than 1 year later I encountered the same problem. If you don't have the right tools to make take-away ice cream (which you charge very dearly for) you deserve 2 stars instead of the 3 I assigned previously. If you charge certain amounts, make sure you provide a service that is up to par.
