Pizzeria La Brace - PARMA

Even though we spoke a little Italian and the staff spoke a little English we hit by and received a friendly family warning. This restaurant is just out of town by the hospital and is certainly a locals place. The menu is vast with some wonderful crispy pizzas and homemade pastas. Try the Prosciutto- wonderfully sweet ham. A nice touch with the fresh vegetable appetisers and wonderfully fresh bread. House wine is 4 euros a half big carafe and slightly sparkling which helps digestion. Although 99% will stay close to the centre instead, try this place for authenticity.

A very nice group of people served us at this pizzeria. They have good pizza but also a lot of different topical Italian dishes. We loved tro try all the different appetisers with a lot of vegetables cooked in different manners. Pasta with vegetable and mussels was also great

Friendly, atmospheric and amazing culinary delights! Do not miss them when they are in the opposite!

Di solito portavo qui i miei ospiti anche se c'è sempre casino fra i camerieri, d'estate molto caldo ed hanno un atteggiamento maleducato e sbrigativo portandoti via il piatto mentre ancora non hai finito, meglio non parlare delle misure di sicurezza in epoca covid. La pizza è buona, per quanto riguarda il pesce ci sono posti migliori a Parma. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata che l'ultima volta che ho cercato di prenotare (appena aperti), dopo avermi chiesto tutti i dati, mi dicono di chiamare più tardi perché sono incasinati, e così ho trovato un ristorante nella strada parallela dove fanno il pesce veramente ottimo e sono gentilissimi.

Torno ogni tanto a questa pizzeria dove se è vero che il locale è un po' datato anni di quegli anni ha conservato il calore e l'ospitalità oggi così difficile da trovare. pesce e pizza sempre eccellente così come il servizio. prezzo estremamente corretto. Bene. Michael continua su questa strada.
