Little Caesars Pizza - Parkville

I've been visiting this location for years and I've been happy with their service overall. This Saturday I met Robin and she completely exceeded my expectations. This is my go to!

This pizza is the pits and their cheese sticks, which used to be a highlight, are now small and disappointing. I would compare their pizza to a stick of Halloween bag chewing gum.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. This location is the absolute worst Little Carsars I?ve ever gone too. Few years ago it was okay at best, for a year now it?s been horrible. Employees are super lazy, customer service is non existent, food quality is rotten. Place should be shut down, Avoid!!!

Terrible customer service at this location. No one ever answers the phone and the employees are rude and demonstrate poor work ethic

This isn’t my first bad experience, but it’s my first review because things just keep getting worse. I purchased a pizza from here five minutes ago, and this is what I found when I opened the box. Additionally, this establishment does not honor the promotions they advertise in-store. There’s a sign that clearly states if an employee doesn’t offer you Crazy Bread, you should get it for free. A few weeks ago, an employee didn’t mention it, and when I asked about it, she refused to give me the free Crazy Bread. I’m spending my money here but not receiving any quality service.
