Kitchen Of India - Parkville

I feel that the one-star review is unfair, as a rating was necessary to continue. My reservation was made through Open Table for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the restaurant was not open. Despite the tables being set, it appeared that they were not open permanently. It is puzzling why Open Table allows reservations for a restaurant that is closed. Looking back, I should have checked the restaurant's website more thoroughly, as it clearly states that they are closed on Sundays. As a result, we had to dine at a diner instead.

The portions were smaller than anticipated but incredibly tasty. The service was excellent. Make sure to ask exactly what is included with your order.

I worked at Kitchen Of India 3 1/2 years ago, and I still adore and love their food and environment to this day. I always recommend to my family, friends, and coworkers that if they want some good Indian food, they should go to Kitchen Of India.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant, so I cannot speak to the atmosphere. When we arrived, there were no other diners, which initially made me apprehensive. However, upon trying the food at home, we were pleasantly surprised. The flavors were bold and the spices well-executed. I had anticipated a standard experience, but our dishes turned out to be both delicious and unique. This restaurant exceeded our expectations.

Has been one of my favorites for the past 3 years! They have the best Indian Food. Happy to see the dinning room has been reopened!Food: 5/5
