Domino's Pizza - Parkville

They are horrible! I don’t recommend ordering from them. They never make the pizzas right and they never have the pizza done when the app says it’s finished. I would recommend getting pizza from another place or pick a different location.

They still suck. Not only can't make to order 3 pepperoni pizzas (end up with 2 and some funky cheese looking pizza) they also forgot the garlic knots. Called to ask them to send it, got put on hold then they hung up on me. I tried back 3 times before someone answered again and said they are making it now and will have it delivered soon. HORRIBLE customer service. Hopefully this Domino will go out of business because they make the chain look extremely bad. And who ever is the manager tonight (10/21/23) you don't hang up on someone just because you don't want to talk. I didn't yell or scream about nothing, I was nice and trying to explain what happened and the best she could do was hang up on me. AVOID AT ALL COST. Maybe the good employees can go to Pizza Hut and the bad can get cut loose if this branch goes under.

So they delivery my order to the wrong address don’t apologize and if I wouldn’t called I’d still be wait very unprofessional and I will never buy from that location again. The manager is trash

Worst place to order pizza order pizza less than a min later they called to tell me they were out of dough and then refused to refund my money.. was also hung on by there manager after he caused at me

Have had delivery issues with this store before but today we hit a new low. Ordered pizza for delivery, 27-35 mins expectation set on the tracker, 1 hour and 3 minutes later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. No explanation, just cancelled and to call the store for my information. So, called the store, on hold for 5 mins, lady picked up and said she would check on it and be right back. 13 minutes into that call she hadn 't come back yet and then I was just hung up on.Called in again, got the corporate folks on the next attempt who then said they would transfer me to the manager. Got to the Manager, he apologized and said he would check but he was busy dealing with another issue (shocker). Put on hold again, he didn 't come back, he dumped me to some other lady who said I think my driver cancelled your order and went home she also said I see that we did refund your order though Like she did me a solid or something.Terrible customer service, manager didn 't handle it properly at all and outsourced it to a person that was even worse at customer service than he was. Last time ever at Dominos for me, If I was the franchisee I would be ashamed of the experience they are putting out there for customers. Save yourself the trouble and order Minsky 's or Northern Lights or cook a frozen pizza just like I am right now!
