Burger King - Parkville

I have to say, the Burger King on Joppa Road and Perring Parkway never disappoints me! I usually come for breakfast, and it's the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a fantastic breakfast sandwich and a hot cup of coffee while my car is being serviced. The managers and staff are always friendly and attentive, making sure I get fresh, warm food and drinks every time. The restaurant and parking lot are well-maintained too. I truly can't say enough good things about this Burger King location. For those who leave low reviews, it seems they just love to complain!

The customer service was excellent—friendly and professional! It truly stands out. It's a rare find these days.

The drive-thru staff advised me to repeat my order clearly. I placed my order four times but didn't receive a receipt. I suspect they might be pocketing the money. To top it off, my order was wrong. This happened around 7 PM on December 27, 2020. Shaking my head!

No real complaints, just keep Hot Fries. Keep them King Hotburg.

I do not like to get soft serve ice cream from here. Compared to the BK in Nottingham and Middle River, this ice cream sucks. It's hallow in the middle, and 3/4 of the times I got the soft serve from the drive through it was melted. Its prices are also higher than other Burger Kings.
