Organised 3 to 4 group meals there with friends , colleagues and once with family. Paid deposits and pre-ordered in advance all 3 times. All 3 time they didn’t have the dish we pre-ordered a week in advance. And yet took them over 1hour 20 min for the food to come out. If food finally came it was all mixed up. Some had our starters and others their main despite they also order starters. Not even once been offered an apology or a discount for the errors and delay they made. Food is tasty and front desk staff are lovely but managed is way below standard. When paying for the food which came over £240 the card machine wasn’t working. The boss then said to go across the road and take cash out from the ATM. He said he would come with me to the cash point. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I was happy to leave my iPhone 13pro with them while I go alone and get the cash. I was creeped out! Never going back.

The best restaurant in stoke on Trent. Amazing restaurant with prestigious staff . I recommend this restaurant for every one .

Food was amazing. We were sadly the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Online deliveries were being collected so guess they are doing OK business.Lamb Shish and Turkish Meatballs served up which were excellent.No alcohol served here and also beware, could be cash only as issues with card machines.So much potential!
