I had never been and just stopped in for a little bite before I had to head back to work , one of the best bagels I’ve ever had in the state !!! The owners daughter what very nice and personable! Thank you so much I will be back

I get it; you try to make enough for the day. However, considering your name is Parkland Bagels and you close at 3 PM, if you notice you’re running low around noon, you should make more! You still have four hours left in your business day, and it only takes about 30 minutes to cook additional bagels. I grew up making bagels in New York, and I’ve seen pizzerias make more pizza when they run out. If that's how you operate your bagel shop, that's fine, but there are plenty of other great bagel places nearby that bake throughout the day. Thank you, and best of luck!

This is a family-owned restaurant, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere! The food was fantastic! It was my first visit, and I plan to return frequently. You can tell it’s a great place for breakfast and excellent coffee, especially being located between Starbucks and a Mod's Pizza. It’s definitely a must-try! The French toast was incredible!

The overall staff experience at this restaurant is quite unpleasant. The woman who answers the phone consistently displays a rude attitude when I call to place an order. When I requested her to repeat my large order back to me—since it involved specific modifications due to allergies—she dismissively responded, “I wrote down everything you said, that’s a waste of time.” On another occasion, they forgot an item I was charged for, and instead of being apologetic and helpful, an older woman was very disrespectful. It seems like the staff has made it their mission to be unfriendly to customers. While the food is usually good, it's also quite overpriced. It would greatly benefit everyone who works there to undergo training on customer service, especially given the high prices they charge.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming. This was the first time there and the young guy at the counter was super helpful and super patient while we discussed what we wanted. I will definitely go back! Thank you for a great experience!!
