Hungry Howie's - Parkland

I am a big proponent of patronizing community retail stores and restaurants. I have ordered from Hungry Howies probably 5 times since opening. First three orders were great. Last two times not so lucky. Couple of weeks ago ordered pizza and cinna sticks, ordered pizza well done. Order came pizza not well done cinna sticks burnt. Called a kid answered no manager .. said sorry. Gave them a pass that one time . Called today ordered a very well done pizza. Order came, of course droopy soggy not well done. This time I got the manager.. no sorry, no we can remake it , no offer of a discount off my next pizza( which there would never be) but she actually told me “doneness” is subjective . “What may be done to us may not be done for you!” So therefore it's not their fault the pizza was not as I like it. Ok! So I will go to another pizza place where customer service is a little less subjective. Huge mistake on their part because my community is easily the closest one to that place and you really shouldn't puss off the neighbors!!

I ordered pizza and wings here for the first time and it was amazing (especially with the garlic crust!! The customer service and management were great as well! I will definitely order here again!

I went to walk in order a personal I ask the people if it comes with regular crust and she said yes I got my order got a deep dish not regular crust the first time I went pizza was raw this is. An outraged worst place ever I rather buy Dominos

Really great pizza! Overall love the place pizza is hot and has great flavor and delicious sauce. Cheap prices are also great for the high quality pizza. Come here 2-3 times a week

The pizza here is really very good, ingredients are always fresh and the sauce is delicious! Service is always amazing. We have been coming here quite often on the weekends since they first opened. We would drive up from Victoria Park to check on the construction of our new home. The staff is courteous and accommodating. I can only say great things about the owner and his team because that is what their efforts deserve. Now that we have moved into our home we order delivery quite often to feed our contractors doing customizing in our home and our pizza always arrives on time and hot. If you have not tried it, do not do yourself an injustice and listen to the whiny reviews since you can't make everyone happy no matter what. If you have a discerning taste for good pizza this place is a must try, you will see that you will not be disappointed!
