The service was somewhat disorganized. We had to ask three times for our tea to be refilled, and when we couldn’t finish our chocolate pastry, they offered to provide a box for us to take it home. However, they took the pastry away, promising to bring it back, but after we asked about it three times, we were informed that they could not recover it.

I absolutely LOVED the Malt Lounge! We enjoyed the afternoon tea experience, and everything was perfect—from the food to the stunning presentation. The service was top-notch, truly a five-star experience. I’m so glad we discovered this gem! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

A hidden gem in London! I had a wonderful time with my friend. We visited on a weekday, so it was quite peaceful and very relaxing, almost like being on vacation. Our waitress was extremely polite and very efficient, making our dining experience truly enjoyable and full of delightful surprises. We left feeling satisfied and happy with full bellies!

Lovely setting, great food, and good service it wasn’t very busy so lacked any atmosphere

We had a wonderful time at The Malt Lounge where we enjoyed the Japanese Afternoon Tea. Every treat, both savoury and sweet, was delicious and we left feeling more than satisfied. Portions were very generous. It was a shame not all the teas were available but we tried what they had. The staff were all super friendly and attentive especially Hai who we also had a nice chat with. Would 100% recommend.
