Arby's - Parkersburg

Everything is good but the place isn't affordable now unless you use coupons.

The person running head set did not lessen to anything we said pretty much got our whole order wrong I would give this place a 0 but they have people working that just don’t care

Very long wait for 2 sliders and 1 fry. Window server was rude and disrespectful. Called to talk to manager and was hung up on.

Our food was cold and the buns were hard this was my first time eating here and think they can do better

The beef and cheddar was slopped together and there wasn't nearly the beef that used to be on it. The gyro was so dry you couldn't chew it. Looked like it had dried ends and pieces. I won't be back at South Parkersburg for a while. Thanks for lousy food
