The food was outstanding; however, when the filet or beef tenderloins were ordered medium, they tended to be less cooked than actually medium.

Additionally, the menu stated that the salmon came with mushroom risotto, which was the main reason I ordered it. Instead, I received a bland rice pilaf with a few almost-raw mushrooms. I brought this to the waitress's attention and asked her to inform the chef or manager. She said she would let the manager know, but unfortunately, the manager never came to speak with us, and no apologies were offered. Overall, the dining experience was overpriced and not worth it. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

We went for the sunday prime rib special. amazing worth two prime rib dinner and a bottle of wine that was excellent, all for $49! the main rib was very good, as well as the sides that were served. vines is a cozy wine bar with great food and ambiente.

My wife and I went to Vines for her birthday dinner and then a short walk to the Pace center to enjoy the Parker symphony. Vines was very comfortable and our waitress was very good. I would return for sure.
