The food tasted great, but the service from the food truck was disappointing. I tipped generously, yet a significant portion of our order was either missing or incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the manager was not very helpful. He even asked if he could take back the incorrect sandwich for “training purposes.” When I requested a small gift card to compensate for the inconvenience, he denied my request, citing corporate policy. This struck me as odd, as another establishment I frequent is usually very willing to make amends for order errors.

Fantastic restaurant! I’ve never been let down. The staff is friendly and polite, and I've never encountered any issues with my online or catering orders. They do an amazing job. The sandwiches are always excellent, and everything is fresh!

I always receive my lunch orders incredibly quickly at this restaurant. The sandwiches are made very well!

Sandwiches are good..orders a large pick-up order. they missed the pickles! who were ordered.the best they could do was the missed fees on my account?

Food still good for what you get. Still fast. But in the last year the prices haven't gone down but the size of the sandwiches definitely has. I order the same thing all the time, used to not even fit in the bag but now it doesn't even fill the bag.
