Fika Coffee House - Parker

Cute coffee shop. Love their western theme and relaxed vibes.

I am a regular customer at Fika and have always enjoyed the coffee and service. Until recently when I have been coming on occasional Saturdays. The weekday staff is always so polite and sure to take their time to make amazing coffee. I cant say the same about some of the weekend staff. Today specifically, the girls were all so distracted and impolite at the Idyllwilde location. My latte, that I order every time I go, just tasted like milk even though I ordered an extra shot of espresso. I don’t like to complain but this isn’t the first time this has happened on a Saturday specifically with one of the girls working.

The coffee here is so good and it’s like walking into a cabin in the woods . This shop has a such a quaint atmosphere, it felt so good not to walk into some sort of reproduced copy of a coffee shop.

There was a long wait (20 minutes) but I didn 't mind too much. Their internet blocks some sites probably to keep students from lingering too long. :/The cinnamon rolls are really great and the drinks are pretty good. Get the house coffee with a for here mug for unlimited refills you pay for once.

This place is a great coffee shop and the atmosphere is prime. And, Chase’s service is amazing!!
