The food was okay, the issue was the hostesses. I understand hiring young folks however set clear expectations with them. There were thee at the stand, one dressed as a banana, one as an avocado the last was a scarecrow. They had no sense of urgency to get customers sat, they also were more o terested in their conversations than helping. I also don't understand why they can't clean empty tables.

This place is Great! I will certainly be back. It's locally owned and you can tell that they care about their customers and their food. Delicious

Absolutely delicious! The service was outstanding and the food so very yummy! My husband and I both agreed we will certainly be back and we live 40 minutes away. I have never so thoroughly enjoyed avocado toast before!

Truly the best breakfast restaurant in the Midwest!! I love every item I have ever tried on the menu and enjoyed my time working as a server for this company when it was the Egg and I. They closed all of the Omaha locations (where we currently live) and replaced them with First Watch so my husband and I make a point to go to Colorado once a year to visit the only location left standing. I have been seeing a lot of negative reviews lately, but am hopeful that we will still receive the same great food/service we always have when we return this February. I really love the hazelnut coffee, whole wheat pancakes, strawberry banana waffle, loaded potatoes with the cheese, sour cream and pork green chili yumm... the Mexican skillet is ahh-mazing as are their sandwiches. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

I miss what this place used to be.My wife and I went there every weekend for years, but we've stopped since the rebranding. No more apple butter at the tables. They've taken down all decoration, painted the walls gray, and put in a carpet that is difficult to look at (I know that sounds crazy, but it's true! . They've taken away the nice chili sauce, which we understand since it was branded with the old franchising, but they've replaced it with Cholula (for eggs!? . Almost any other kind of sauce would be better on eggs! More than anything that shows that they just don't know good breakfast any more.
