Casa Mariachi - Parker

Went to Casa Mariachi to celebrate my father who had passed away a few weeks prior. Mexican food was his favorite and this place comes as close as can be to a place we used to go to all the time back in California. We were seated right away. Chips and salsa are great and we love that they add the beans with it. Chips are nice and warm. I had a strawberry margarita which was good but felt a little weak and didn't come in a traditional glass. Nothing major. My wife got the chicken taquitos which she loves. Extra crispy and nicely seasoned chicken inside. I asked the server what was there signature dish and he pointed me towards the Molcajete(also one of the most expensive things on the menu so I don't know if he was just trying to up the bill or not) This thing is huge! It comes in a giant clay pot and has strips of grilled chicken and steak on it and vegetables and chorizo underneath. Rice and beans on the side with tortillas to make a little wrap with it. Really good flavor but the meat was so thin. Overall really good experience.

Good food, friendly service, good Margaritas, Salsa and they even give bean dip with the salsa!!! Great stop on the way home on a Beautiful Snowy Colorado night!!!

What a gem! This is my favorite Mexican food in Parker! The menu is huge, the dishes are flavorful, the margaritas are strong, and the service is unparalleled! The Carne Asada is to die for! Go hungry, and go often, this place rocks!

So good! Made the other tables jealous with the fajita trio. The best margarita in town has to be the 'Levi '. Great food and service, always worth the wait.

Friendly, attentive wait staff and good food. A little too much lettuce on my burrito. The house salsa is really good and they have a habanero salsa option but it was barely as spicy as the house salsa. They also offer a bean dip to go along with the salsa and chips. The place is accessible, my mother-in-law gets around with a cane or walker and she didn't have any problem. The usual price for a sit-down Mexican restaurant. Large selection, especially margaritas. The chips were really good, they have some body and were perfect as far as I'm concerned.
