Starbucks - Park Ridge

My husband recently ordered a coffee from this restaurant. Unfortunately, they did not place a stopper on the lid for the to-go order and half of the coffee spilled out onto the bag during delivery. I declined the offer for a coffee when my husband placed his order, as I know that the coffees from this location always arrive in poor condition. I will be driving to the new location in Niles, where they offer exceptional customer service and coffee. Perhaps the staff at this location should visit the Niles location and take notes on how to improve. We need a high-quality Starbucks in this area.

I never write bad reviews, but I felt obligated after this. I have lived in park Ridge for 21 years now. I have gone to this Starbucks my whole life. Today has been the fifth time I have been racially profiled by either an employee or customer. Today it happened to be by an employee. I went to this starbucks this morning to get my morning coffee before work. While waiting by the mobile pickup counter, I was asked if I was “a delivery driver pickup up an order.” I simply responded “no.” The employee didn’t ask any of the 10 people who happened to be white, who were also waiting for their coffee if they were a “delivery driver.” It is not right that an employee gets to just single out the one Hispanic customer waiting for his coffee, and not ask the same question to everyone else. Like I said I never write bad reviews, but I had to after this happened several times. Do better, and please treat all customers equally. I Will be going to a different Starbucks from now on.

This restaurant is professional and maintains very high standards. The service is great for takeout, and they offer brunch meals. The price per person ranges from $1 to $10. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 rating. The only downside is that it can be somewhat difficult to find parking, but there is a free parking lot available.

This location has such nice workers that always help me think of new drink ideas. Meghan Brown is a really good worker and truly cares about the customers and their needs. The store is always clean, decorative, and relatively spacious. I always order food and drinks from this location and never have a problem, and if I do have an issue, they address it right away without a problem. Reading the other reviews makes me very confused because these workers do their absolute best with the massive amount of people coming in everyday, I really appreciate the Park Ridge Starbucks Staff!!!

The staff at this restaurant is amazing - always so friendly and welcoming! The drinks are made quickly and accurately.
