Boston Market - Park Ridge

It wasn't open on time. Had to wait. Wasn't greeted when I came in.

I was very disappointed with my service. The girl at the register was friendly. The two women in the back we talking rudely. It look like they were upset because I asked them to cut my meatloaf, all the sides looked completely dry. I won’t never be coming here again disappointment with food and the service. The cashiers was nice, but the other two ladies were not. Don’t work in Customer Service if you can’t even say hello to a customer horrible service at this location the food sucked. The l … – show

Not cool that the website says open at 10 and I drive over here, Thanksgiving, all the way, and you won't serve customers. Should have put that on the website.

The service was friendly. The food was what was expected. We got the 2 meat and the nashville hot chicken. The 1/4 white meat chicken was good. The Nashville Hot was meh, and the meatloaf was not great. But definitely not the worst I have ever had either.

Absolute garbage! You think after sitting at a hospital all day getting hungry and not wanting to eat in the cafeteria anything would taste good. Somebody got me the chicken sandwich, it was the most disgusting chicken sandwich I ever ate. Dry tasteless and after a couple of bites and getting pieces of bone in my mouth I just spit it out and threw the thing in the garbage where it belongs....
