Contribuiți la feedbackI wouldn't recommend but it was fun. Not worth paying if you don't have full suspension. The small and medium dirt jump were open but the big ones have been closed all year. The big jump line is trash. None of the jumps are smooth and you have to go stupid fast to clear them because they don't have lips. And to get to the big jump line was the roughest ride I've ever been on.The rest of the runs were fun but they don't have nearly the amount of playfulness that you see on YouTube videos.Had an airbag though and that was really cool but I watched someone get hurt because the airbag has a hole and they didn't repair it correctly.A lot of people brought young kids and I think its an awesome place for young kids but if you want nice jumps don't go here. Will be going back for the foam pit because we didn't have time to ride it.
I cannot give this place a worse review than 1 star but I would if I could, the MTB park has got to be the worst in the United States, poorly built jumps, landings and an insane amount of berms that have zero flow. Whoever designed this park and built it should ashamed of their work and Woodward (POWDR) should know better than assume that sticking their names all over flags around the park isn’t going to fix the fact that it’s total trash. If you are new to mountain biking and this is your first experience be warned that is not how 99% of bike parks are this place is complete joke to the MTB community. Be careful out there.
Nice. Fun. Not very clean. Above all the customer service and support is horrible. Half the time my wrist band does not work. Booking or modifying your account online is generally impossible. If there is ever an issue with anything (such as suspending your account or inability or make a reservation), it becomes a night mare. About 7 random closures of the entire facility for events with little or no warning this year. Poor communication about any interruptions on services or what’s actually going on week to week. I know I am not alone. Basically a good place but really poor management and systems. Some of that may be technical issues with there online systems but some just feels like arrogance or apathy on the part of the management. I have been an unlimited member for several years, but the cumulative experiences I’ve had have just made it no longer worth the stress. I’ll come back when they fix their systems and management support.
We had a lot of fun snow tubing. My 3 year old son loved the foam pit. We was doing flips. The chicken sandwich at the food place was good.
This place is unique in the area. Definitely some good reasons to visit once. Get a feel for the place and then decide if you want to come back again.Tubing is frustrating. Came again today with a group of 8. They’re “short staffed” so they closed the lower runs. Each time we come they seem to oversell the tickets for a 2 hour session. You spend a lot of time standing around in line. Now imagine them closing 3 of 7 lanes. Did they offer a discount for offering less runs and more time in line? No.Rather than a 2 hour window for tubing, I love the idea of giving each ticket 10 runs. And it just keeps track as you go through. If this is possible then it gives more flexibility to the rider. You can take a break and get a drink or got he bathroom. Instead the bulk of your time is spent standing around or moving at a snails pace up the moving walkway.Fun ideas up here, just could use better execution. And no reason to charge an absolutely premium for activities when there’s so much down time, closed runs, short staff.
