Ritual Chocolate Park City Cafe

I have frequented Ritual from its earliest days. Their chocolate was and is amazing and never disappoints. On my latest visit however I was disappointed in my experience. The servers behind the bar acted snobby and unhelpful. I bought several bars of chocolate and food items to include a bagel with jelly. I received a burnt onion bagel with jelly. I had not specified the type of bagel but was not expecting onion to accompany jelly and the burnt was extra yucky. I thought about asking for a redo but honestly didn't want to deal with the attitude for a second time. To add to my disappointment I had my sister in tow. She came from California and I was so excited to share Ritual with her. I will return and hope to get better treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop. The iced latte was exceptionally rich and flavorful, just to my liking. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and accommodating. The outdoor terrace was a comfortable spot, and being able to enjoy my delicious coffee there with my dog by my side brought pure joy. I would highly recommend this place to coffee lovers and pet owners alike.

Great coffee and usually great service but just waited in line for 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Unfortunately might need to rethink visiting again. It was a Wednesday at 10:35 am. (Well came in at 10:10 and still waiting for coffee which they ran out of at a coffee shop. Oops!

Delicious unique chocolate I highly recommend their sipping chocolate flights and hot cocoa. The pastries are fantastic! Truly a treat whenever we are in Park City

Love this place, miss their chocolate-making room but glad they expanded to accommodate more guests. Still kept their quaint vibe despite the expansion.Great locally made chocolate and amazing pastries to go with your coffee or tea of choice
