Ghidotti's - Park City

Delicious food at a reasonable price. we had a brand new server that was so friendly, she elevated the whole experience. Hazelnut tartufo finished off our meal. We couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent service in a beautifully appointed dining room. Wife thought chicken parm was best she has ever eaten. Price fair for quality of food and experience .

We have eaten here before and enjoyed our meal, the service was great our experience last night was extremely disappointing the food was ok, the service was terrible we waited a very long time for our meal, our server did not once check with us to see if we needed anything, he didn't even refill our water or drinks it was my brother's birthday and we were hoping for a nice experience for him. We will not return.

My wife and I were there with 4 additional friends. For 14 years we owned a second home nearby and had been fairly frequent diners here and at other Bill White venues. Since selling our townhouse pre Covid we visit Park City a few times each year. I know change happens but not always for the better. Our food was just okay. My veal marsalla was chewey rather than pounded out and tenderized. The flavor was okay but not remarkable, as we recall from the past visits. We had been telling our friends how good Ghidott 's was and were looking forward to our visit. Well, two salmon, two veal dishes, an oso buco and a pasta and no one said that was great as we sort of expected. It was okay, but when a wow was what we expected we were sorely disappointed.

Interior is really beautifully decorated. Service excellent. Menu is limited but a nice variety. Food was excellent featuring house made pasta. Price was reasonable for the ambiance , quality of service and food. Wife thought the chicken Parmesan was best she ever had. Very impressed by freshness of the pasta.
