Crafted - Park City

I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. There was no voicemail message to inform me, so I had to go there in person to find out they were not open.

I didn't enjoy my experience at this restaurant at all. It took 30 minutes just to place an order, and there were only two tables occupied at the time. The food was cold when it finally arrived. It was frustrating to see the manager casually laughing in the back while customers were upset. The concept and menu have potential, but the management needs to change.

The quality of the food was generally very good. However, there were too many items on the menu that featured ham, so we would appreciate a broader selection of options. The pancakes were unique and tasty, though I would have preferred them to be infused with banana and topped with a few banana slices. The texture of the pancakes was interesting and enjoyable. The service was polite and friendly, but it was also somewhat inattentive, leaving us feeling a bit overlooked. I hope the restaurant makes some adjustments in the future, as I would love for it to become a favorite spot; right now, it's hard for us to find it appealing.

They were closed even though I accepted my reservation. no sign on the door or something.

Their attention to detail was amazing and having gluten free options are a nice bonus. I highly recommend the New England Benedict.
