Apex - Park City

The food was excellent, and the service was great. The Wagyu nachos are fantastic and quite generous in size—perfect for sharing. I had half an order of nachos, which made me excited for the full portion, as it must be even more impressive!

I came for a conference and my wife and I were both annoyed by the beautiful view. The entire hotel is majestic and great. The Apex was no exception. Wife ordered a turkey club, she made it with gluten-free bread for her loved her bread. Page was an ugly Caesar salad that was perfect. I had an Apex burger that was delicious. I had riders and a pimple as my side. The restaurant has plenty of space inside and outside, as well as a firehouse! Coffee is also great. Great tea selection.

The service and food were exceptional. The Tomahawk steak was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth like butter! They also have fantastic cocktails and a wonderful wine selection.

We only had breakfast here, but it was excellent. From omelets to pancakes to avocado toast, everything was delicious.
