16 Haussmann - Paris 9e Arrondissement

I have never eaten better French pommes! I wish I had lived closer so I could go there more often.

The haussmann doubles as an breakfast place in the marriott opera ambassador hotel as well as lunch and dinner. the included breakfast is an extensive American buffet with hot dressing, fresh bread, chalk, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit and self-containing coffee from machines around the es pane. we had dinner there in the evening when one of us cloged ankle and didn't want to go to a caffe. we had no high expectations of eating in the hotel, but were pleasantly surprised. Shortly after the menus were delivered, we were provided with fresh crust-like rolls and two small amuses bouches from foie gras. we both had the woof soup, which was generously dimensioned, beautifully spiced, with many wobbles. I would have preferred the cheese to have been more browned, but my companion liked it as if I had imagined. for the net we had a smoked salmon salad and a dish whistle. not dessert, but two coffees accompanied by two chocolates. service was friendly and well occupied. our dinner came to euro. we were very happy.

The marriott botschafteroper needs additional information about the amazing personal and incomparable customer service! hakim is another concierge extraordinare that always manages to find the availability in the best restaurants that are otherwise not possible to get short-term reservations. I would highly recommend...this beautiful property is located in the best possible opposite of paris.

The pumpkin soup with goat cheese was great. Auberginen-Ravioli was tasty, sirloin was nicely done. good eating, good price. a nice approach, if they don't feel the way to go too far from the marriott opera, which it rolls on and the cubes. at the tourist restaurants in the surroundings.

Buffet breakfast is primarily American breakfast and with a good spread of patisserie and fresh fruits , the cold cuts are typical to Paris and very nice would recommend for business travellers as lot to achieve in breakfast deal meetings
