Portologia La Maison Des Porto

It was a great experience, from the Porto wine tasting to the traditional Portuguese cheese and chorizo ending with the staff sympathy as well, helpfull and giving some insides from the Portuguese wine culture and gastronomy. At wedesnedays they have typical Portuguese Fado live music night.

The wine was amazing and the staff very welcoming, they explain the difference between them and how heve been prepared,i had some questions about which meal would have been suitable with that wine and they showed us a book to understand better which meat might be suitable for that wine, i really enjoyed the place and their products

We stopped at this place after I had run last it in the morning and thought it looked like a good place for drinks! The owner is very friendly and helpful (willing to help you with your perhaps not always comprehensible French we walked in knowing little to nothing about Porto and he was happy to let us taste before ordering a glass (I ordered a flight of three reserves excellent! . I am definitely going back!

Stopped by at this porto shop to find an ideal wine for my girlfriend's parents. The owner was very helpful in choosing a bottle, was reserved and not assertive at all in his recommendation.
